E. Michael Grossman

In my 20 years of practicing law, I have seen all types of situations and circumsances. Through this blog, I would like to share my thoughts and opinions on the legal aspects of recent news stories relating to 18-wheeler accidents (commercial truck accidents), in hopes that someone may benifit from my advice.

The following will tell you a little more about my background and interests.

I was born on March 26th, 1964 in Dallas, Texas. In 1983, I graduated from St. Marks School of Texas in Dallas.

I went on to attend the University of Alabama on a tennis scholorship and was a 3-year varsity letterman. In 1987 I graduated from the University of Alabama and went on to attend Baylor School of Law.

I was particularly drawn to Baylor because of it's nationally recognized litigation program. When I recieved my doctorate of jurisprudence from Baylor in 1990, I started my career working for a large lawfirm with dozens of attorneys. I knew early on that this was not the best atmosphere for providing personalized legal services to those who needed it.

So in February of 1991, I started my own lawfirm in Dallas, TX and named it Grossman Law Offices P.C. My intention was to create a lawfirm that was better able to serve personal injury & wrongful death victims by offering a more personallized approach.

Today I still live in Dallas Texas with my wife, Jacy, and our two amazing daughters, Noel and Claire.
