Lorenzo Munoz and Roger Franceware killed in fiery 18 wheeler accident near Loraine, TX.
On Tuesday, August 17, two men were killed in an 18
wheeler accident near Loraine, TX.The
victims were identified as 39-year-old Lorenzo Munoz and 32-year-old Roger
Franceware, both from Texas.The crash
happened at approximately 1:00 a.m. on Interstate 20.According to local news reports, Munoz was
driving the 18 wheeler on Interstate 20 and Franceware was a passenger, when
the 18 wheeler allegedly veered off the road, crashed into a median, and then
went airborne, crashing into a concrete pillar.The 18 wheeler caught on fire in the crash and both Munoz and Franceware
were pronounced dead at the scene. Police
do not yet know why the 18 wheeler veered off the road, but the investigation
into the accident is ongoing.
