18-wheeler jack-knifes and bursts into flames in North Dallas on Harry Hines and 635

CAN YOU HELP?

If you have information regarding the below referenced incident, please leave a comment as this may prove instrumental in helping the victims and their families should a legal case come to fruition.

Most people will never know how many accident victims and their families have been helped by a selfless witness who came forward to provide evidence about an incident. Additionally, if you are aware of any prior incident or accident involving the same defendant that is referenced below, please leave a comment.

It is very common, that an employer, trucking company, etc. that acts negligently in their day to day operations will cause accidents year after year. It is critical for the family members of these accident victims, and the lawyers that represent these families, to be aware of such prior incidents.

The information you provide will remain confidential and just may help a victim or their family find justice.

At approximately 11 AM on May 6, 2008 an 18-wheeler jackknifed on Highway 635 at Harry Hines Blvd. The driver of the 18-wheeler was able to escape the cab of the vehicle shortly before it burst into flames. The trailer was burnt so bad that eventually it ripped in half. The cab of the truck and the front portion of the trailer was hanging over the edge of the overpass. As the fire spread the trailer ripped in half causing the front portion to crash onto the ground below.

The driver of the 18-wheeler was taken to the hospital in unknown condition

I saw this incident as it was happening. It was very traumatic. It was at 10:45am. I'm praying the driver survived.
