Three injured in 18-wheeler accident in Oil City, LA

 

Three were injured in an accident involving an 18-wheeler and a pickup truck in Oil City, LA. The accident occured when a pickup truck allegedly turned into the path of an 18-wheeler. Rescue workers had to use the jaws of life to remove the pick up truck's occupants. Both passengers in the pickup truck and the 18-wheeler driver were all taken to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries. One of the pickups' occupants had to be flown to the hospital by helicopter. The extent of the injuries is not yet known.
