On Wednesday, March 24, one person was injured in a multi-vehicle accident involving an 18 wheeler near Hubbard, OH.According to initial police reports, traffic had slowed due to construction, when an 18 wheeler allegedly rear-ended one of the stopped vehicles. The driver of that vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital.Police are still investigating the incident.
18 wheeler accidents often have devastating consequences. In cases where negligence on the part of the truck driver, trucking company, or another party is responsible for an accident, those injured may wish to file a lawsuit.Unfortunately, this is a very challenging task.I have worked on these types of cases for twenty years, and I have seen trucking companies go to extraordinary lengths to avoid being held responsible for an accident. But what they don’t want you to know is this: the law is on your side, and with the help of an experienced 18 wheeler accident lawyer, even trucking industry giants can be brought to justice.
