State trooper Kristofer Kinnear hurt by tractor trailer.

A state trooper in New York, Kristofer Kinnear, was hurt by a tractor trailer while responding to a different tractor trailer accident. A tractor trailer tried to pass Kinnear on Interstate 88 when the driver of the tractor trailer lost control, crashing into Kinnear. Kinnear was taken to a local hospital. The truck driver was ticketed for speeding and performing an unsafe lane change.
