Multi-vehicle accident in California involving big rig proves fatal.
On Wednesday, February 24, eight cars and an 18 wheeler truck were involved in an accident in Sherman Oaks, California. There has been one confirmed fatality in the accident. One person was critically injured and taken to a nearby hospital. Three others suffered minor injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
Accidents involving 18 wheelers often have catastrophic consequences. When negligence plays a factor in these accidents, victims and their family members may wish to file an 18 wheeler accident lawsuit. I wish I could say that this is an easy task. But I have worked on these cases for twenty years, and I have seen trucking companies and their massive insurance carriers go to incredible lengths to avoid accepting any responsibility for an accident like this. But the what they don't want you to know is this: the law is on your side, and with the help of a semitrailer accident attorney, even trucking giants can be brought to justice.

Dustin Fante, you were the only one taken in this accident; I can't believe I never got to say goodbye to a friend whom I became so close to in 9th grade. You were such a huge help to get myself into the social life, and I miss you more then words could ever explain... I love you and I can't wait to see you again ... <3
