Commentary
Though the news feed seems to paint a one-sided picture the truth is the only relevant information pulled from the scene with be from an independent investigation which can work in collaboration with police reports. Liability or a measure of fault from an accident is never determined by sampling only that of one party but rather the actions of every party involved. In other words the logging truckers reaction to the alleged oncoming hazard will be scrutinized along with the drivers actions.
