18-wheeler overturns in Dallas Spilling cargoOn November 3, 2008 an 18-wheeler overturned in Dallas, TX. spilling it's cargo. The accident occurred on U.S. Highway 175 and State Highway 310 early in the morning before the sun had risen . For reasons not yet determined, the 18-wheeler overturned blocking the highway.
