On October 27, 2008 45-year-old Patricia Ann Miller and 44-year-old Perry Alison Miller died in an accident involving an 18-wheeler. The accident occurred at approximately 6:50 PM as the pair were traveling eastbound on I-20 in Lexington Co. S.C. The rear wheel hub assembly of an 18-wheeler that was traveling just ahead of the victims broke loose from the truck and crashed directly into the front of the victim's Honda Accord killing them both.
