Semi-truck wrecks can often have many causes, some of which may be the result of negligent driving, and some of which may be the result of other issues. In the event that negligent behavior by an involved entity is suspected of contributing to this injury trucking accident, an independent investigation may be conducted into the accident so that the cause or causes of the collision can be found out. Furthermore, such an investigation can look into the possible liable parties who may bear liability for this unfortunate accident.
