18-wheeler catches on fire after crashing into concrete barrier in Austin, TX.
On August 22, 2008 an 18-wheeler burst into flames on I-35 in Austin, TX. At approximately 4 AM the driver of the 18-wheeler allegedly lost control and crashed into a conrete barrier. The truck caught on fire shortly thereafter. Fortunately the driver of the truck was able to escape without incident and a passenger in the truck sustained a minor injury and was treated at the scene.
Fortunately, no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
